In its 5th year, a conference dedicated to exercise medicine.  A journey that will take delegates through from research highlights, to clinical practice, with key updates of guidelines.

By the end of the conference, delegates will:

• Understand how ill health impacts on an individual’s ability to exercise
• Understand how exercise can be safely used as part of the management of chronic illness
• Know the effect that these conditions may have on the individual’s ability to exercise, from both an exercise capacity and safety perspective
• Understand medical conditions commonly encountered in the exercising population
• Know how wearable technology can aid the exerciser, and to recognise their limitations when it comes to accuracy and validity
