Victoria is an Academy Physiotherapist at Arsenal F.C. where she works with the U18 squad.  Her career began at Hamilton Academical F.C. where she progressed to the role Head Physiotherapist before moving to AFC Bournemouth to work with their U21s for two seasons prior to joining Arsenal. Victoria also works with the Scottish Football Association. She holds an MSc. in Sports Injury Rehabilitation.
