I am a chartered physiotherapist qualified in 2013. I’ve worked in football since July 2015, where I have been in different positions and dealing with a variety of football injuries, from academy to 1st team Level. Current position Academy Head of Sports Science and Medicine in Millwall FC. Experience on acute and long term rehabilitation, and focusing on injury prevention strategies. Treatment includes Manual Therapy treatment, Acupuncture, Soft Tissue therapy, K-tape, Exercise prescription, Hydrotherapy, Outdoors rehabilitation. Part time student in MSc Exercise and Sports Medicine (Football) at University of Birmingham.
